Reminder: June 1 Deadline for Delegate and Alternate Supreme Convention Registration

Hello Brothers,

As you know the deadline for delegate registration is June 1, 2012 as of today most of the chapters from District 6 have not sent in their delegates to headquarters. It is imperative that chapters get forms in to headquarters ahead of the June 1 deadline as we do not want to lose any of our representation at this year convention due to late registration.

Save the Date - 6/16 AHEPA District 6 Convention

On Saturday June 16th, AHEPA Hermes Chapter #186 will host this year’s District 6 convention at Terrace on the Park in Flushing, NY. The Hermes Chapter will be sending out more information in the next few weeks.

5/18 - Annual AHEPA District 6 Golf Outing

Dear Brothers,

Attached, please find the flyer with the details regarding our upcoming District 6 Golf Outing to be held this year at the beautiful Lake Isle Country Club in Eastchester NY, conveniently located in southern Westchester just minutes away from the Hutchinson River Pkwy and Holy Trinity Church in New Rochelle.

-The outing will be held on Friday, May 18th, kicking off with lunch at 12:00 PM.

-The entry fee for the outing is $175 which includes 18 hole golf, cart, lunch, cocktails, dinner and prizes!

-Proceeds from this event will go to the Wounded Warrior project and the AHEPA district scholarships.

-We are once again asking for sponsors to sponsor a Tee-sign, Hole, Putting Green, Awards, Lunch, Dinner or the entire event. PLEASE communicate to your chapters, brothers, friends, local business to support this worthy cause.

-Please respond by May 8th if you will be participating and/or would like to be a sponsor.
