We welcome all AHEPA Family delegates, alternates and friends to the 2026 District 6 Convention hosted by Gold Coast Chapter 456. Every chapter is allowed six delegates and six alternates as per By-Laws Article 14, Section B. Please use the above form to submit all of the names. Hotel reservations must be done by May 1, 2026.

 

After completing the above delegate registration form for the 2026 convention, kindly submit the appropriate fees per member by check payable to Gold Coast Chapter 456, c/o Gus Constantine, 17 Redleaf Lane, Commack, NY 11725. The deadline to receive the delegate form and fees is Friday, May 15, 2026. No delegate forms will be accepted after this date. In order to vote at the District Convention all delegates and alternates must be in good standing, and paid through 2025 to the district and 2026 to AHEPA Global Headquarters.
