I hope you are well. This is a reminder that the 2020 AHEPA District 6 Convention will be virtually on Saturday, June 27, 2020 starting at 1:00 pm. The committees will meet on Saturday, June 20. Every chapter is allowed six delegates and six alternates as per By-Laws Article 14, Section B. Please go to https://forms.gle/KtUm9oRg8Tg1PE159 to submit all of the names.

After completing the form, kindly submit the fee of $25 per member, either by check payable to AHEPA Chapter #405, c/o Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 10 Mill Rd., New Rochelle, NY 10804 or at https://ahepa-chapter-405.square.site. Please submit the delegate form and fees ASAP. In order to vote at the district convention all delegates and alternates, must be in good standing, and paid through 2019 to the district and 2020 to national. In addition, make sure your chapter submitted its payment of the District Per Capita Tax to the District Treasurer Bro. Peter Ragoussis.
