We hope you are well. This e-mail contains important information regarding the 2021 AHEPA District 6 Convention. It will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 and hosted by Leonidas 77 in Binghamton. Every chapter is allowed six delegates and six alternates as per By-Laws Article 14, Section B. Please go here to submit all of the names. Please remember to indicate whether each member is attending virtual or in-person.

After completing the form, kindly submit the fee of $25 (virtual) or $50 (in-person) per member by check payable to Leonidas AHEPA Chapter #77, c/o Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 214 Court St., Binghamton, NY 13901. The deadline to receive the delegate form and fees is Tuesday, June 1, 2021. No delegate forms will be accepted after this date. In order to vote at the district convention all delegates and alternates, must be in good standing, and paid through 2020 to the district and 2021 to national.
