I hope all is well. Please be reminded that according to AHEPA By-Laws, Article 9 - Section C all chapter officers shall be elected and appointed at a regular meeting of the chapter in May or June of each year. Please see the sections below from both By-Laws.
SECTION C. ELECTION AND INSTALLATION OF CHAPTER OFFICERS
Chapter Officers shall be elected and appointed at a regular meeting of the Chapter in May or June of each year and they shall assume their duties the first (1st) day of July of that year. Written notice that Chapter elections will take place at such meeting shall be provided to the members of the Chapter at least ten (10) days in advance of such meeting.
AHEPA District 6 By-Laws, Article 1, Section IV
The Chapter President or Secretary must advise the District Secretary, in writing, within 30 days after election the name, address and telephone number of the Chapter officers and any change thereafter. The newly elected Chapter President shall advise the District Secretary and Governor the date and place of the Chapter's regular meetings, programs, scheduled of the coming year and a record of dues paid by each member.
Within one week of elections, please submit your results to Rosalind Ofuokwu at firstname.lastname@example.org who is the Director of Membership Services at global headquarters and to AHEPA District 6 Secretary Chris Pappis at email@example.com by no later than July 1 using the required form.
